Apparently BB can't do manual adjustments (or automated presumably) from freeblue bucks to bluebird hq bucks and want to send me a cheque instead, despite payment from a card.
(Post me a piece of paper that I have to deliver to the bank for god's sake - this is supposed to be the digital age and a business working in digital media!)
But I wonder if there's anyone else in the forum who has the same problem?
ie sufficient credit in freeblue bucks that are, for the time being at least, unspendable and can't be transferred or used for bluebird hq bucks.
If there are, I recommend you get in contact with them asap.
Good advice to be found from your local trading standards or consumer direct.

You're still complaining.

YOU bought bluebucks to spend on TV calls. YOU decided you don't want to. We are within our rights to leave it there.

But we have offered to send you CHEQUE for that money.
You know perfectly well why we can't credit from TV Bluebucks to Bluebird HQ Bluebucks: they are run by different credit card companies. Rolleyes

PM us your address to send you a cheque or have all these silly posts removed. Choice as always is yours.

My login details for Glambirds are no longer accepted (I still have their original registration email confirming I am using the correct login). I have sent emails to admin@bluebird.tv, support@bluebirdfilms.com, and support@glambirds.com. All of these emails have recorded delivery failure. As I recently purchased bluebucks and have a credit of 42, I am a little concerned. Can you help?

I have the same problem and cannot access glambirds scenes previously purchased. I do wish you would sort out your systems before you launch them, but would be grateful for advice on how to proceed thanks

How come call via Bluebucks cost £2 per min whilst landline only cost £1.53, surely it must cost less? Elite charge £1 when using the creditcard service.
