Bought 20 blue bucks and they were all used while i was waiting to talk to a girl, that can't be right. Sent a couple of emails and I've had no reply, is this standard?

Hey there gary27, you do have to pay whilst you're connected to the line, even if you're in the menu...Just like any other service. You'll be charged whilst you're waiting for a particular girl, that's why we give you the option to pick another girl if your current girl is busy

Just like to say thank you had a problem trying to get thru to cara before i emailed the support and got a Refund so thanks very much guys dont think i would have got such a good reply and service from of any of the other channels

I should have posted, i received a refund as well. Thanks guys. Great site and service.
