What is the situation about onscreen smoking. I heard there was to be a legel challange to Ofcom but have not heard has it been challanged or has bluebird decided its not worth the bother and kept quite about it hoping we would forget about it because some of us have not.Any info on this matter would be great instead of a one word reply which does not really explain the currant state of play and what is the likelyhood of smoking being shown on Bluebird again.Also surely the fire regs should be done by now i inquired about this 3 months ago and you were doing them then so we could at least see some smoking on the web based shows.

The legal challenge is still going through the court process.
We are still trying to find a legal way to deal with the fire regs.
We have not forgotten either !

You mentioned last week that smoking was returning to the web shows later in the month.Could you be a bit more specific as to when it will be starting.

Sorry if this sounds like excuses or a promise of 'jam tomorrow', but here goes.

Once the new TV channels are rostered and up and running there will be simultaneous webcasting days as well as nights. Not long, but no definite dates as yet...
