I've been using bluebucks for a about a week now and haven't had any trouble getting through to the girls at all but now its telling me that my credit has expired even though I have 10 mins of chat left.
Help me please!!

It's alright now, problem solved. got through today.

I also had problems today

Got through on the naughty chat line no problem... then was told the girl had left the chat !....she was there until her break.

Very disapoointed in this I know problems can happen but those calls trying to get through etc cost me £12.00 (6 mins) on nothing basically

I will now obviously think twice about calling again just in case this happens ...is there any reinburshment procedure etc ...I can provide pin details etc for checking

Hey there Andy, I know we did experience some minor faults with our dirty chat line the other day. I'll look into it tomorrow when I'm in the office and see what happened. It may have been as simple as the girl logged out as you logged in, or it may have been to do with the problems we experienced. I'll get back to you tomorrow.

Thank you Mr blue image, it was this morning around 8.30 am, after failing with the naughty line I rang the lady in question on the normal line who confirmed there had been some problems with the other line.
