hi; i am form mexico and i tried to join the site but a message apeared saying that "it cannot process for country" and it will send me to an alternative payment metod but instead a white page apeared with nothing

Hi Red. Thanks for your patience. Your message this has been passed on to get a fix as soon as practicable.

I did some digging into this and it turns out our billing processor says that Mexico has to high of a rate for fraud so they don't process any transactions from that country as a result. :-(

well kelli; i don’t think my country has more frauds than other countries, and this is simple because they are the same bancs [but with different name] with the same cards; this is the first time that this happens; i have created accounts in many other sites [and many of those from the uk] i think commercegate is very inflexible y like more epoch; and this is sad because i consider blubird films as the best in europe and i just can’t have access

I don't really agree with them either but that is their rules and for now there is no way around it. We are working on adding in alternative billers such as Zombaio and CCBILL but I think they also have similar rules for processing from certain countries with higher fraud rates. I will look into epoch and see if they are more open minded about processing for certain countries. If that seems to be the case then I will speak to my boss about adding them into the mix asap.

good idea; i think i have used ccbill with any promblems and epoch is the more used; i think is great
