Double banners on the webstream
Hello.
My question is: is it only a problem of my PC/browsers/etc. or are there always "double banners" when you click to full screen? Huh
Here's an example of what I mean:

Can I do something to "fix" this annoying issue? Undecided

Very special thanks in advance!

RE: Double banners on the webstream
Hmmm, none of the channels have double banners for me. Maybe try on a different browser?

RE: Double banners on the webstream
I dont know if this a related issue, but most of the webstream channels have 2 OSG, one on top of the other. The 'oldskool' one with the spinning BBTV logo and the orange number showing, then another 'clickable' one on top of that with the bluebucks number.

My question is, can the old one be removed? That way we can do 'clean' caps and vids Smile

I already report this double osg issue many times before. But they didn't seem to understand what i meant. The osg in the background don't allow us to take a clean caps. Now there is 5 channels instead of 3 with this annoying osg on it.

Hi samos & yesboss.
I see what you mean about the double osg's now, web channels 1 & 7 are particularly bad at the moment.
The actual screen picture quality has also dropped since the last time I looked,
When you try to click on the buttons for volume or screen size or in fact move the cursor over the osg the whole of the osg and the buttons themselves start "jumping" up & down on the screen, this makes it difficult to click on the buttons obviously.

Thanks Zidious, we're dealing with the double OSG problem. What browser to you use? It seems to be working fine for me on full screen right now.

Cheers

RE: Double banners on the webstream
It isn't a browser problem, it's a studio problem that has been on and off for months and months. They need to fire whoever does their webstream and pay someone with half a brain £50 to go and fix it.

Oh, and the bluebucks.tv has the same problem.
