The webstream is live.
Our satellite uplink service provider - Arquiva- has failed to complete the necessary works to have the TV uplink live tonight.
Sadly, we were forced to get a High Court Order at 6.01pm tonight compelling Arquiva to effect playout from our rack equipment on 908 etc. Arquiva has failed to comply and claims that it will comply by Saturday mid-day.

As you will appreciate, we have done all that we can do to make Arquiva fulfill their legal obligations. We trust that they will do so on saturday morning.

Please feel free to complain to Arquiva: their website & email contacts are online.

In the meantime, you can at least see the BigBlue studios on the webshow. And our babes will very much enjoy spending the compensation damages which Arquiva will now have to pay.

Hope they are considerable too!!!

What a shame. Disappointing for all of us, Bluebird and fans alike!

Please help me out, I've gone into the website "bluebird.tv" and cannot find any webstream which works, and can't see any of the new BigBlue studios - there's only the schedule page which seems to be working.

Am I looking at the wrong website completely??

Just got back to my own cupboard after nosing around the BlueBar all evening

The Bluecam guys and girls have been trying out different things, and puttering around with the sound.

It's such a shame because we can see on the big MCR screens how cool it looks. Mind you the web stream quality is like wow !

Chatting with the [tonight very grumpy] Tin Man, he says that the day show should be up sometime after 12 tomorrow lunchtime: if those Arquiva people will just do their job ! So then he and his team can run through their tests & whatnot and have it all popping for the night show Saturday night.

But at least we got to unveil the Bluebar and then over the next weeks you'll see all the gorgeous different locations.

And they did stock the Bar fridge with lots of lovely bubbly

This is good I can now see the live webstream - the Set looks very good, and the webstream quality certainly is brilliant!!
One thing I've just noticed as I caught the last bit of Charlie Monaco in a 2-4-1, the camera was obviously hand-held, but it was giving you totally random images - constantly on the move and it felt a bit like being on a ship rocking sideways with the whole room seemingly lurching from left to right.
Is this hand-held camerawork a sign of the future with Bluebird??

In the adult business this camera-work style is very popular (steady cam) if you look at videos from many premier adult movie makers. A camera 'fixed to a tripod' is very limiting.

I am sure comments will be considered however.

But this isn't adult movies is it? The camera moving about all over the place is very off putting.
