You say ''no fan gets left short-changed'' but honestly the line went dead when I selected the option to listen in to Nina Leigh, I know you said I paid to listen but I really did not get the chance to listen in to the conversation she was having with her caller so I find that quite unfair to be honest. You are honestly making a mistake as that is what happened.

Hi,
Its been more than 2 weeks now since I sent you a PM about this. The other time I had a problem with the Blue Bucks service I got a refund and so after the last problem I told you about, I feel a refund would be a fair decision. I can honestly say that if the people at Blue Bird think I am lying about this and think I am just trying to get a refund for no reason at all and that there was no fault with the Blue Bucks service when I made that call on 24 November, then they are absolutely 100% wrong. I think it would be a harsh decision not to give me a refund because as you can see on this forum, I am not the only one to have made a complaint about the Blue Bucks service. I am not saying this happens all the time but occasionally people do get problems when making calls and it isn't necessarily the caller's fault. So until I get a refund, I will not stop mentioning this as I do feel hard done by, having purchased Blue Bucks and not getting anything back in return.

Dude,

Another way to resolve this issue you have is this,

1 month after you have made a transaction from your bank account, you can contact the bank and ask them to retrieve the funds that left your account for you.

You need to have informed the people of the need of a refund, and you need proof of any correspondance. This proof will then be emailed to the bank, and they will retrieve the money for you.

BUT, please note that this is a MORE SERIOUS way of getting a refund, so if you are not sure don't do this.

This has been passed to the office for attention. Nobody gets short changed by Bluebird, and matters can sometimes only be corrected by your bringing such matters to our attention. So, please accept our recognition of your problem and await its resolution?

Thanks for the refund and WTF well I suppose maybe you are right about and that I should of told my bank about this but its just that the last time i had a problem and I told my bank about it, it took months to be resolved so that's really my reasons for trying to get a refund on here instead.
