got through with bluebucks but no response
hi, just thought I'd let it be known, today I've twice tried getting through to speak to Cara Steel using Bluebucks and it just hasn't worked.

The first time I got through for a little under two minutes yet although i could hear audio she did not speak on the phone, and then shortly after topping up again I have been on the phone to her for just under five minutes, with her just not talking back to me I could hear her on the mic at the beginning of the call but she just held the phone near her mouth without saying anything. how do i go about getting my bucks/money reimbursed? and why would this have happened? i have used the service many times before without complaint?.

Hi,
Just thought instead of starting a new thread, I would tell you about my problem on here as it is a similiar situation. Today I tried to get through to Nina at 3:11. Then it said she had just got a call so it said I could listen in until she became available. So I selected the option to do that but then I just got cut off for some reason. I really don't understand how this happened because I had at least 5 Blue Bucks. So I was wondering, is there any possible chance of a refund please?

Honestly, the line went dead though when I selected the option to listen to Nina Leigh. So I didn't actually get the chance to listen in to her though, do you understand what I mean?

I use this service loads, and that has happened to me once. It took 2.5 minutes of blue bucks in 1.5 minutes. Good luck with the refund, their normally good with that sort of stuff providing the call data matches what you said.

This only happened once, normally the system works fine.
