That is great to here BOT the fact you are mounting a challenge to ofcom. I know your legal team are on the ball and will look at this challenge perusing the regs thoroughly. Like i have said in the other thread i feel its essentially all down to the interpretation of ofcom Rule 10.3 of the BCAP Code (although i know there is more to it than just that) and being a legally trained professional myself i feel these regs are really challengeable. If not potentially the whole face of tv and film broadcasting will/could be in breach and i cannot see that being the case. Good luck and if i can provide any help just ask.

RE: has smoking been banned?
Doesn't appear to be smoking on webchannels either despite some assurance that it would continue there. Sad

Smoking is banned from Channels 951 and 960. Sad if we lose any callers but sadder if Ofcom were to a "Bang" on us!

The fact that Bluebird Official Team is considering mounting a legal challenge to ofcom is all that we ask, nobody wants you to do anything daft or risk licenses until any proper challenge has been heard. As i said in my earlier post I know your legal team are on the ball and will look at this challenge perusing the regs thoroughly. Good Luck BOT and the Legal team.

It depends what girls are on there. I don't think any of the girls that have been on the webstream only channels recently smoke anyway.

I see there are a few smokers on tonight, is there any chance Bluebird could put one of the girls on the NudeBlue channel tonight?
Even if for just an hour or 30 mins so that we can see some smoking.
How about Natasha Anastasia? We know she loves to smoke and she wouldn't need to get naked (unless she wants to!).

I think that has got to be a suggestion seriously worth considering.

RE: has smoking been banned?
This is a shame. But can I ask, did Bluebird receive any warning from Ofcom about smoking? You said Bangbabes had several warnings before they got shut down.
