When is Act 4 and Act 5 coming out?????

I've seen the first 3 and I keep wondering if Act 4 and Act 5 will be released because now it seems as if the company is only suggesting there were only 3 made, yet when I watch the trailers, there is scenes that are in the trailers but not in the first 3 movies and also when you watch the third movie it cliffhangs with no resolution at the end.

I've also read that this was supposed to be a 5 volume series. Is this true?

The problem is there isn't 3 Murder Mystery films. There is 5 Murder Mystery films and only 3 out of the 5 have been released. What I want to know is if Blue Bird is ever planning on releasing the last two films in the series?
