It's been happening for about 2 weeks now, it usually gets better after about 2-3 hours. They don't seem to be bothered about it though, if this was happening on the TV Channels there would be uproar, but because there is probably less viewers on the web it's probably not a priority which is not good for us without Sky

The tv channels are just as bad, if you've got freeview it's the same when a storm is overhead, pixels break up all over the place.

its real bad always is you would think they would get it right but thinking about it i dont think they can its beyound them

checked out about a dozen or so streams on web no problems so only with bb stream spoke to an engineer i know seems problem is traffic that bb system cannot handle as for tv picture quality if you remember back to who had these channels before bb the picture quality was much the same as it is now ie grainey not sharp and colours not as good as the other major chat line stations, bb say the signal leaves them in a condition that could not be better but the end result is picture quality substandard to that of some other channels, if it were me and those were the simple facts i would have wanted it sorted a long time ago

Hi Guys,

Just to confirm that all our web streams are running fine with no problems. If you have a real slow upload connection then this will cause you problems with a streaming network. We have a 100MB pipe that can handle plenty of traffic & multiple streams.

You need to have a minimum of 3mb connection and you will only experience these problems if your internet connection is poor.

Hope you can get this sorted hun and you can watch these filthy shows we are giving you.

I've got a 20mb connection, low, med & high stutter. I also dedicate a dual-core desktop to this function, with no other programs running.
