There were a couple of parts to my curiousness -
A girl that has left bluebird (for whatever reason) might not be too interested in removing her name from the schedule.

Girls sometimes are a no show, combining the above this is a recipe for the events of a couple of weeks ago when no girls were present for the day show.

Just an observation, no worries Miss Millie.

It's in hand, the models can confirm, swap (with each other), or delete their shifts, and thereby balance their commitments. In the event of last minute unforeseen coincidental crises, such as sudden illness, bereavement of other domestic dramas which we all are acquainted with, then on live tv, yes, the job can be temporarily in limbo if a handful of performers are all unavailable at little notice. This is very rare, however, and we have highly trained fixers, immunised from stress, grief and hassle, who can swiftly and painlessly put matters right. It's a piece of cake!!
