BBTV, Guys n Galls, All callers viewers,

Much recent promos for models first night shows, which BBTV I appreciate may be more lucrative, but....

I'm NOT a "night type" caller while still giving you many minutes by calling my favourites for a good chat..I'm SURE I'd never get conversation with girls like yours otherwise, so perhaps some backward "compatability" moves y'all there...

I KNOW how fantastic my fav Rachel Cole is to talk to when she does get a daytime slot, and I'm not suggesting taking "daytime" only girls shifts off them at all, but "later mobility" by girls should allow for some "earlier mobility" slots for those girls who can give "great chat" as well and could do it so well if they want to...

My experience...
If I'm having a great conversation time flies by so fast, its almost impossible not to redial after the "time-out" - that's my "finishing off" haha...
So the girls who want to, and have the gift of the gab as well as the "gob"..mobility goes both ways if you make the most of the incredible talents you have...revenue for you, flexibility for the girls (who in the end are your assets) and of course via BlueBucks "naughtiness" can still happen.

What d'you think BBTV?

Hey there Catfranky, thanks for your feedback and opinions. You do know that Rachel will have a regular conversation during the night show if you give her a call and let her know you just want to have a normal chat?

We do put a lot of the night girls on day shifts (Morgan Preece, Anna Lovato, Patti, Charmaine etc) but some of the girls that do nights do it because it's their preference and what they're used to, sleeping clocks are adjusted to. Rachel prefers working nights much more than days...So we can't force the girls into doing days and also it would mix up their routine. The final reason is that if girls switch between night/day too often, they can get confused and end up breaking compliance during the day show.

I know there are already quite a few girls doing both night and day, and I know Rachel prefers doing nights, I merely meant her as an example, but this thread is not so much about who is already doing what, as putting out there the issue...
Your reply focused mainly on girls choice and timing issues quite rightly, but since there's been so much promo'd first night show mobility, I'm just asking viewers/callers/and you BB..do girls who may want to, and have the day chat gift as well, have "equal opportunity" when it comes to adding daytime to there calenders as those adding nights to theirs with your fanfares.
I'd never advocated pressuring day girls to nights or vice versa, but is the same flexibility given to those who want to and can, to add days to their shifts, fully supported while establishing their additional fan-base...
Right now all movement seems one way, I'm sure there's some currently only night girls who'd like a change of scenery...

Oh "you" out-there if you get this...
A "Night and Day" related aside...

Its come to my attention that mail for the "only Night" girls can have extra delays reaching them, because by the time they get in, the day office that handles this is CLOSED..

So another equal rights issue between the Day n Night girls.....

The night only girls deserve their fan-mail/pressies etc just as promptly as possible too, and their fans (us callers who are your customers) deserve to know our appreciation and support for our favourites reaches them as quickly as possible instead of being locked away in some office out of reach...

I know tho the channels are 24/7, running open all hours office time is expensive, but from what I gather, your set-up is "spacious" so there must surely be some way that while still secure, the night shift can still get their mail on time...

From those girls I chat to BBTV is the best "employer" to work for, but from a fan/caller perspective..I'm delighted you look out for your girls, but while I'm happy to see you expanding "operations"..old problems (ie your website issues) and simple problems like internal mail to the girls from us guys..(called the source of your show revenue) should be high on the job list...quick and cheap to fix and make "everyone" happy..then more scope for you to tackle more complex expansion challenges....

And returning to the main thread, tho as I know Rachel prefers her nights, and I know I can have "day" chat with her, I'm still sure there'd be some currently night only girls who'd be interested in adding day shows to their "babeshow portfollio" and may welcome the change of pace the day-time regulations bring...

NONE OF THE NIGHT GIRLS HAVE SAID TO US THAT THIS IS AN ISSUE.
WE HAVE A SECURE AREA IN A STAFFED OFFICE FOR FAN PRESSIES. IT IS NOT ON THE SHOW FLOOR BECAUSE THAT IS NOT THE SECURE AREA.

Sadly circumstances have rendered much of this thread moot for now hopefully - Damn OFFCOM....
But since it seems just to between you and me, what the heck if ur still monitoring it....as I hope, justice prevailing, you'll be getting ur channels back, I DO know there are one or two currently night only girls who both would like to AND be more than able to add some days to their "portfollio" and easily comply with daytime rules. Given how things are for y'all right now, and I include the studio staff also taking cutbacks, I'm not naming anyone, for now I know they're happy to get as many shifts as they can, and I know they appreciate ur doing ur best by them...for "us" for them and for "you" BB I wish you success with a speedy resolution to the channel problem some ******* OFFCOM muppet caused..of all the "babeshow" channels u r by far the most responsible, so the least deserving of "beaurocratic" problems....
So for now at least day/night flexibility for those girl wanting it...later BB "dudes"...

But meanwhile the "sideline" about night girls getting their mail....

Tho all the girls I talk to acknowledge BB as a reasonable employer, if its not been raised as an issue by them........come on y'all, since ur mail room is only open during the daytime it can't NOT be a problem..its just common sense...if girls only arrive at say 8pm for their shift, and leave at say 6am, unless they know they've mail waiting, and have both the time and expense to spare to come in specially, so they're paying for their mail as well as us..that can't be fair for them....
I do appreciate you've a secure mail room, again I've heard horror stories with other broadcasters, but you are a 24/7 broadcaster, so surely a trusted "guy" with a key could deliver during the wee hours, or even "shock horror" a 24/7 mail room...Once ur channels return (as I hope they will), the night shows must give you revenue, so don't discriminate against those girls doing them, or their callers/fans paying you....
No girls may have raised this, but I know I sent a package at least two weeks ago, and I know others have sent things still to be received, and its not rocket science to see that if your mail room keeps "banking" hours, but your girls dont....
I'm certainly NOT gonna be mailing the BB Fan address again until I know it functions, much as I'd like to....
If my mail (along with others) hasn't arrived, which collectively does seem unlikely, until the girls or you can tell us it just ain't here, then the issue remains with "you" to resolve...eg..if I knew my mail really hadn't arrived at all, then I'd be taking my proof of postage to the Post Office, not bothering you with it....

Thanks Catfranky. Our night girls can get their mail at any time, they need only email us or call one of us here in the office and ask us to leave it with a night producer before we leave.

We collect the mail from the mail office every wednesday/thursday and it is then stored in the girls pigeon holes here in the office. The girls will never have to pay extra to receive any mail. PM me the details of your package, who it is for etc and I'll let you know when we have it here and when it is in the hands of your babe
