PLEASE DON'T REPORT WEBSTREAM GLITCHES

Kno you're only trying to help: but there's no point !

We always know the millisecond there's a webstream glitch: it is constantly monitored in the main control room and on the show floor AND in the media centre where I am right now.

When you post we feel the need to reply out of respect & politeness: but that's just diverting attention from trying to get all your In-Show requests arranged.

Part of the transmission system is not in our studio: it's at the people who route the web signal through. But everyone is trying ALL the time to keep the webstream up All the time !

So there's no point sharing with us information we already have.

So pleeeese give it a rest ! Smile

if you are aware of the problems as they happen, why are so many of us STILL having problems? can we expect a fix soon? webstrean has been out for over a week for me.
