Problems Getting Through
Hi,
I just thought I would bring it to your attention that today at 3:23pm and at 5:41pm I made two calls using Bluebucks and both times I called for some reason I could not get through. I did try to get through to Kitty both times and instead of being connected to her, it just kept on ringing. at 3:23pm when I first called, I remember I actually saw Kitty thinking she had a call at 3:23pm and then she put the phone down after a few seconds. So both of these times I called it took away 12.97 Bluebucks off me. I did eventually get through when I called Talia at 5:56pm so maybe it was just a bad line that Kitty had I don't know. You can confirm those times I tried to connect to Kitty by looking at my account history by the way. I had only just got a refund from you as well so it is disappointing that this could of happened. So because I could not get through on those times I would like to ask if there is any chance I could please have a refund?

I don't always complain either, but I'm just annoyed that I can't call certain models as the Blue Bucks Daytime Number just doesn't work for them.

I'm not gonna post a load of negative comments, because you do get re-imbursed for your troubles EVENTUALY.

Would really like to know how long I'm gonna have to wait THIS TIME for my refund? as it's been nearly 3 weeks so far. Other sites I use, sort the refund out within 24hours if you have a problem.

Would also like to add, I use this service a lot, and it's not really about the refund, I just want to be able to call Cara Steel.
