Just a little reminder that mistakes/slip-ups can occur on mainstream television as well, and not just on that of adult broadcasters.

...So as you can see, accidents in live TV do happen and cannot be avoided. Wonder what certain officials had to say about this

What does this moderator's head in is the output that Keith Lemon's 'Celebrity Juice' get's away with on ITV. It's occasionally hilarious but not the sort of thing you'd want to watch with your mother!!

The difference being is it's the kind of thing you CAN watch with your mother. One is deemed entertainment, the other explicit (or 'entertainment' of a different kind with a narrower core audience).
