Just thought i would bump this thread as i was wondering what is actually happening with the proposed legal challenge regarding smoking on tv broadcasts and ofcom? only the last we heard from yourselves in October 2011 the matter was still under appeal (not quite sure what kind of appeal was being referred to?). Has anything materialised or have you withdrawn the said such appeal? being a solicitor myself i know how the legal system works and in particular a judicial review but with the length of time taken now i gather you have not gone down that route? any update is appreciated by all your smoking BB forum members as we would all love to have it back on the tv broadcasts, thanks in advance
