As i said in my previous post i knew the situation legally was manageable, great news about the webstreams and hopefully the situation re on tv screen can be resolved too.

Great news about the webstreams hopefully with all the new girls that have arrived since the ban on smoking started some of the smokers among will appear on the webstream as well as the usual suspects.Perhaps you could use one of the webstreams for smoking only,just an idea.

That's great news. Good work BlueBird. Now if only you can get smoking allowed back on the tv shows in my opinion BlueBird will be back to perfection.

It will get to be on the webstream but the TV is some way off, and is in the hands of "m'learned friends"!

Any more word about smoking on TV.This legal review thing with ofcom and what have you, your bound to have had some sort of reply back as its been going on some 7 months now.This web smoking is very hit and miss most nigths there is no smoking at all.When Bluebird started there was smoking almost every night and most of the girls are still with you so it would be great if you could put one on the web show each night so we will know at least there is a chance of seeing some smoking.Many thanks

7 months is no time in the law courts ! We have a disclosure application in October. Won't get a full hearing till 2012.

It is proving difficult to integrate TV and web-smoking slots. We're still trying various ways of doing it
