Topped up my Bluebucks last night to try to talk to Kitty Lea.

Made several calls but each time couldn't get through to her. When the call was supposedly connecting all I could hear was Kitty talking to some guy in the studio.

I made four calls between 1:39 and 1:48.

I would assume some others had a similar problem as on two of the calls I was told Kitty had already taken a call, chose the option to listen in but it was the same guff. It was probably why Kitty wasn't very busy during the half hour I was watching her!

Anyway, I was hoping that something could be done about the wasted Blue Bucks?

Also, whether this is unrelated or not, but your system seems to have suffered some sort of memory loss as it cannot remember my phone and PIN. I've only used the service on three occasions before and it has been fine for those times.

I had the same prob calling via the mobile number.

Incidentally, I managed to call Faye without problems on Monday evening so hopefully that glitch I experienced Sunday night is sorted.

Thanks to all the back office people at BB, particularly Blueimage, phone problem explained, refund provided, some bonus bluebucks for my trouble and all done in short order. Glad to say no more phone problems on recent calls.

I had a sort of similar problem the other day. I'd pressed 1 or 2 (I forget which) to don't save this number, then I got a voice menu asking me if I'd like to speak to an on screen psychic or someone at home. It happened a few times, but then one call just went back to the normal menu. Very strange

This is very strange indeed...Are you sure your getting the number right? We've never had anyone else experience this problem so it's very strange seeing as we don't operate any psychic channels. Let us know if the problem continues!

Yep, defo the right number because I just kept pressing the redial button on my phone until it worked.

If it happens again I'll make a note of date/time and let you know.
