Most of the girls are fantastic on the night show with their text you get a shout out or answer to a request in no time, but you have one or two that lets the team down big style, it a shame as they are some of the biggest names you have. As i watch the whole show they don't bother with any text so I'm not the only customer/fan being let down. I know they do get them but if they don't bother with a shout out or answer you will tend to think that they don't get them.
I think ALL the girls should have a laptop or ipad where they can see their text and that might sort this problem out as it's been said before a reply to a text might lead to a call and in my case it always does.

Hey Bob83, the girls do have their minutes and the IVF displayed in front of them.... But maybe we can look at installing some kind of sound alert that does off when they receive a text or something. I'll suggest the idea for you Some of the night girls may have been busy with calls and unable to get time for the shout out. But we'll see about the sound alert for you,

Thanks for a quick reply Blue, just like to point out that a lot of the time they dont have a call that is why it's annoying. Have a good show today but I wont be texting as I only text and call the night show.

No probs, hmm...They should be reading the texts if they're not in a call and the producer isn't busy doing hand held for another girl or anything. I'll see if we can get a noise alert of some kind put in.

You could always call one of our day show girls on the dirty chat line, all the talk of a night time but just without the nakedness

I don't think it would be the handheld thing as we haven't seen one the last 3 nights lol. I think I'll give the day show call a miss as it's not about the dirty call with me it's more about directing the girl and the camera action.
