You are right and you have every right to be upset. I 100% totally and completely agree with you. In fact I agree with you so much that at 1:17 am last night the person who did this got a very nasty phone call and he is working today, his day off to fix this problem but also about 27 others. You are right his actions do make it appear like some "lazy ass person" manually runs the site. The mistakes he has made are inexcusable. I can only say I'm sorry and that if it were up to me him and his assistant would have been fired weeks ago.

I got into a big to do about it a week ago. I even put in my notice in protest of having to work with them for one second longer. Working with the dumbassary of these two is embarrassing. They make so many mistakes and it's hard to go to our customers and have to answer to that.

So let me just say if that movie doesn't go live tonight as promised, I will personally issue you that refund and pay for it out of my own pocket if need be.
