Hi redbourn99.
By videos you mean from Bluebird films or Glambirds sites, they are down at the moment!!
I'm sure the forum will be updated when this glitch is sorted, or you can just keep trying, I wouldn't go updating anything on your pc just yet.

Flash doesn't play well in some browers, like Safari.
Try using a different browser, or just download the clip.
