hi guys i ve just joined virgin there is a problem calling the show on the main number 0907004etc it says its bared can you a call the mobile number short code or buy bluebucks via text from virgin thanks

Have you tried contacting their customer services and seeing if they have a premium rate number block.

It should just be a matter of asking them to remove it, they may say you have to be with them for a couple of months first before they will lift the block.

You might be able to get one of Bluebirds numbers cleared for use while waiting for the block to be lifted!

no i think its just a problem with the bluebird line next time ttt's in ill see if the sort code works just a bit pissed as i didn't check it worked before topping up such a big amount never mind thanks for the help yetichris

I still think you should try speaking to customer services, if it comes up barred then they should know why!

Hmm, definitely seems like a problem on virgins end and not ours...Seeing as we haven't had anyone else having any problems.
